On Monday Nov. 5th, Chris Brown be announcing the official launch of Symphonic Love Foundation whose mission it is to support and create arts programs for young people. It is said that Chris has been working on this for three years and have already been giving grants to community organizations which provide arts programs to children in low income areas.
