Hurricane Sandy
arrived on East Coast shores Monday night, Oct. 29, to create more mass devastation than this region has ever seen, destroying homes; businesses and displacing people on a mass scale. To affect the amount of gas stations available to deliver in a 24 mile, 24 hour period, and to extreme low traffic of workers to and from work, and people attending school. Needless to say, this was something devastating. Governor Cuomo of New York City had a press conference on the need to rebuild infrastructure to protect against extreme weather. What else do you think we can do to better prepare ourselves from hyper storms of this nature? And what do you think of FEMA‘s response to inflicted areas?
