Georgia Cop Assaults Teen With Gun For Slow Fast Food Order

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office has arrested, 48 year old Scott Biumi of the DeKalb County Police Department after an investigation into an event occurring on April 9th. Scott Biumi has been formerly charged with aggravated assault after surveillance footage revealed that he pulled his gun on a teenage drive-thru customer around 10:30 pm on April 9, 2013. In the video below, Detective Sergeant Biumi can be seen violently shoving his gun into the vehicle operated by the unknown teen. According to the sheriff’s report, Biumi grew irate at the amount of time the driver ahead of him was taking to place his order. Biumi then pulled his police-issued vehicle ahead of the teen’s, got out and confronted the driver, eventually assaulting the teen with his police-issued firearm before returning to his vehicle. Biumi was booked into the Forsyth County Detention Center on Wednesday afternoon. His bond has been set at $22,000, with a court date scheduled for May 23. The incident occurred at a McDonald’s restaurant on Old Atlanta Road in Georgia.

This is beyond an error in judgment especially for a decorated officer of the law. WHIHH.com will definitely be keeping an eye and ear out for details of this case as it unfolds. As always, we would love to receive your comments on this travesty of justice.
