Judy Duncan, sister to the late actor Michael Clarke Duncan has hired an attorney to investigate the late actor’s fiance and reality star, Omarosa Manigault. It is alleged by Judy Duncan that Omarosa coaxed Mr. Duncan into re-writing his will and making her the main beneficiary prior to his death. Judy Duncan claims her brother was not of sound mind at the time the changes were made to his will. Judy has made claims that her brother, as of December 2011, had consistent slurred speech and had mobility troubles. It has also been alleged that Omarosa sold many items belonging to Mr. Duncan’s estate without the family’s knowledge.
Omarosa, who has reportedly began legal procedures to sue LaToya Jackson for a comment made on Donald Trump’s hit reality show, “All-Star Apprentice” gave a statement to TMZ. “I don’t control the estate or the finances and Judy knows it,” says Omarosa. The comment by LaToya Jackson was that Omarosa, “probably pulled the cord on Michael Clarke Duncan.” Michael Clarke Duncan passed away September 3, 2012 as a result from a massive heart attack.
