Gucci Mane Facing 20 Years Follow-Up


Arrested on September 14, 2013, the rapper Gucci Mane is facing 20 years in federal prison on gun chargers, aggravated assault, and marijuana. Radric Davis the government name of rapper Gucci Mane is now held against his will, and here is the update: Prosecutors release news, stating “there were two incidents in September two days apart in the same week”and in the process it was reported Atlantic Records dropped Gucci Mane.

September 12, 2013 convicted felon Radric Davis was found of possession of a firearm, and then two days later on September 14, 2013 was caught with the same charge but with a different gun. How stupedo is this? On top of being Rambo, Gucci Mane threatens all the key people to whom he may need. Not good Gucci! You are making your name Gucci look like Flucci! Please stop the madness!

Anyway, Atlanta police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm, and Explosives are investigating the incident. The Chief of Atlanta Police department, George Turner states “We cannot tolerate convicted felons ignoring the law by carrying firearms and endangering our citizens”. And U.S. Attorney Sally Quillian Yates says, “This is how people get hurt, and we are committed to ensuring convicted felons have no guns”. A Grand Jury indicted Mr. Davis on November 19th. Gucci Mane will remain in custody until pending trial. Possession of Firearm carries a maximum of ten years in prison and a fine of 250,000. So Gucci will be looking at 20 years and 500,000 in fines- Wow… I need for our rapper’s of hip hop to pay attention! I hope Gucci makes better choices when he get’s out.
