If you watched The 56th Annual Grammys this weekend, you probably also watched the barrage of memes that were created simultaneously of hip hop’s royalty, Jay- Z and Beyonce. Prior to The Grammys, the power couple seemed virtually (pun intended) unscathed by social networking’s rampage of mockery. It seems Beyonce’s dripping hair was interpreted as more of a wet dog look than a hot fox. Their post-show whisperings were translated as threats from Queen Bey to King Hov about publicly displaying affection, reminiscent of Michael Jackson‘s on-stage kiss with Lisa Marie Presley.
