“We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time,” Patton stated in an exclusive interview with People Magazine.
36 year old singer, Robin Thicke, and 38 year old actress, Paula Patton, have decided to separate after being married almost 9 nine years. Beginning their journey of love together in 1991, when Thicke was just 14 years of age. The couple has been very verbal about their love and support for one another, per previous interviews, welcoming their 3 year old son, Julian Fuego in 2005 .
And contrary to popular belief, his very wild and widely publicized “Blurred Lines” performance with singer, Miley Cyrus at the 2013 MTV VMA’s, apparently has nothing to do with the separation. It has also been noted that this is not an issue of rumored infidelity.
