R&B sensation Chris Brown is allegedly facing a lawsuit for an alleged beat down resulting from a foul call during a basketball game at a 24 hour fitness facility according to TMZ. While Chris Brown denies these allegations, alleged victim Malcolm Ausbon has recently filed the suit against Chris Brown, the fitness facility and Chris’s security, for the alleged beat down that took place last July. Get this, according to TMZ, Malcolm stated that before the beating took place Chris boasted about being a member of the infamous street gang “Bloods”, blurted out “I will kick your a**” and then, along with his security, proceeded to viciously attack the alleged victim. According to TMZ Malcolm stated that he did not want any trouble and tried to back down, causing Chris, who was already hasten, allegedly to charge Malcolm along with three of Chris Browns security, who allegedly yelled out if you f*** with Chris, you f*** with us. The lawsuit asserts that the four men kicked, stomped and punched Malcolm, causing injury to his head and body. Other injuries were also documented, such as the claim of suffering from embarrassment, fear, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder according to TMZ. If these allegations prove to be true do you think it would be damaging to Chris Browns career, or with a little time will things get swept under the rug like all of his other scandalous behavior?
Hopefully Chris’s past and most recent behavior wont land him in a jail cell.
