The Queen Latifah Show has been cancelled after only 2 seasons. The second-round talk show host featured celebrity friends she gathered throughout her career as well as other fun and interesting acts. She posted a heart-felt letter on her facebook page.
“Your dedication and sacrifice was crucial to the entire team, and in the face of intense challenges, you displayed ‘True Grit’!” “Thank you for your strong work ethic and great effort in getting The Queen Latifah Show off the ground and running.”
She has made a wonderful role model this season with a heartfelt sacrifice that she didn’t have to make. Latifah continued, “This letter is for me, my staff, my crew, and everyone who was by my side for this incredible journey,” she wrote. “The most important thing in life is that you wake up every single day and take chances. No matter what the outcome…believe in yourself and continue to fly.”
The show will continue to air original episodes until March 2015.
